About Rachel
Rachel's journey in beauty began in 1997, following her training at High Peak College in Buxton. What started as a passion quickly became a distinguished career spanning more than two decades.
Her early years saw her working for a leisure company across the UK, where she honed her skills in massage and relaxation treatments at pampering weekends. Alongside this, she built a strong foundation in nails, nail art and extensions at The Nail and Beauty Studio, a speciality she continues to love today.

Since joining Face Facts, Rachel has pursued continuous professional development, earning qualifications in an impressive range of specialist areas:
- 1999 Qualified as a Body Piercer
- 2000 Completed IPL and Laser training
- Advanced work with prestige professional skincare brands including MD Formulations, Priori, Elizabeth Arden PRO and Guinot
Her commitment to delivering real, visible results brought national recognition when she was named Therapist of the Year and Runner-Up in the Best Before and After category at the prestigious Salon of Excellence Awards.
In 2006, Rachel became co-owner of Face Facts, and she later took sole responsibility for the Buxton salon, combining her love of beauty therapy with a steadfast commitment to a welcoming, professional client experience.
